This is the main PR for the initial release of Mod Mail v2.

Any suggestions for v2 or Mod Mail in general should be directed to Github Issues.

If you want to help review our code, create a review or add comments in this Pull Request.

You can begin testing v2.0 by changing your Heroku origin branch (in Deploy to modmail-api instead of master).

I tested all commands and fixed many bugs. Everything seems to work now.
