A bit of cleanup to provide the new leaderboard version and properly archive the old version.
The landing page now has the current leaderboard with correctly linked submissions and logs.
/previous_leaderboardslists previous leaderboards with a short description./previous_leaderboards/algoperf_v05has the archived leaderboard asREADME.md.submission_info.ymlfiles manually, based on the provided info. The current GitHub workflow can't handle multiple submissions in a single PR.
