Fixes #100
The package version is now being updated to 1.15.1 to align with the current Bioconductor devel version. After merging this change, i will push to BioC devel branch manually. Please let me know if this is not the correct workflow.

@YagmurSimsekk YagmurSimsekk force-pushed the bioc-release-sync branch 3 times, most recently from 3bf7ff0 to a517172 Compare July 18, 2025 12:01

It is correct. Also then follow up that the online Bioc build reports get fixed subsequently.

Great!

Now you should align the GH and Bioconductor versions. See: https://contributions.bioconductor.org/git-version-control.html

In your local system:

  1. Fetch GH version
  2. Fetch Bioconductor version
  3. Merge Bioconductor version (there should be conflict in DESCRIPTION file because of the different version)
  4. Update GH
  5. Update Bioconductor

After each release, you should always fetch the changes from Bioconductor (these changes include version increment).

Also, try to avoid force-pushing if possible
