The parameter names weren't consistently quoted as code. Also fixed a few problems with formatting where the backticks were broken.
The behavior of the routing hints in the most recent release is safer than it was in the older releases where it could cause inconsistencies in the data.
Removed some old information and duplicated protocol commands. Added links to the session command settings which were missing.
