The ppc64el architecture cloud image links are broken across multiple Debian templates, returning "The requested URL was not found on this server" errors.

debian-*.yaml:

images: - location: https://cloud.debian.org/images/cloud/trixie/daily/latest/debian-13-genericcloud-ppc64el-daily.qcow2 arch: ppc64le 

I can see that ppc64el and ppc64le are used interchangeably in our codebase, but which convention is correct? Debian uses ppc64el as standard.
