v1.9 or lower uses current syntax in docs (meta tag)
v1.10+ and Fusion(?) uses config.meta tag

Direct (for projects with no dbt connection, only YAML files) doesn't nest under any meta, example here, ask Oliver L for more details (he will write an initial standalone doc for this).
