@deanwampler - There's an earlier PR that I raised today - #23. This keeps only the wrapper library as part of this repo (as we discussed earlier). The PR removes the other stuff - the http query library and the example applications. The latter are now moved in a separate repo.

Will u please merge / approve the earlier PR before I approve this ? Then this PR needs to be refactored into 2 PRs - 1 for this repo and the other for the kafka-streams-query repo. I can work on this refactoring of this PR if u are busy with something else.
