There's currently a widespread file permissions issue while running Sail on Linux. A fix for the issue already exists as described in laravel/sail#677, which is to set the
SUPERVISOR_PHP_USER=rootenvironment variable.However, this fix is not documented, and it is very difficult to find a clear solution to this issue if you do not stumble upon that specific PR. This change aims to bundle the fix with the installation instructions to make it vastly more discoverable.
