The application was not runnable due to a missing .config.json file and missing start script.

This commit introduces the following changes:

  • Adds a default .config.json file.
  • Adds a start script to package.json using serverless-offline.
  • Installs serverless and serverless-offline dependencies.
  • Updates serverless.yml to include the serverless-offline plugin.

With these changes, the application can now be started locally using yarn start.
