| Thanks! Committing this, but if you have time, I think it would be good to test an architecture like what we have in mini_librispeech and WSJ, where there is a bottleneck only at the output. |

tdnn_1b gives slightly better results than tdnn_1a. They are only different in network architecture. tdnn_1a is simpler for tutorial purposes, so I made it default for now.
