tuunit commented - adding pagination support when no relevant events are found within the first 100
- fix a bug when increasing the max_lines parameter beyond the previous value. previously when the readme file already contained 5 entries and you increased the max_line parameter to anything higher like 10. only the 5 entries would be updated and no further ones would be added. this has been fixed by just deleting the complete content between the activity comments instead of trying to update previously existing lines
