Really cool plugin thanks.

Minor things I've wanted when using it:

• When exporting to PDF turn off the 'fold' arrows
• When exporting to PDF turn insta-toc into markdown links so they are functional in the PDF
• Same to apply when using things like quartz or Obsidian Publish so links work on web browsers too?

Could potentially have a command to convert your insta-toc into normal markdown links and vice versa from links into insta-toc.
