Use fdSocket instead of the MkSocket constructor, with CPP for the new signature of fdSocket in network-3.0.0.

Uses
fdSocketinstead of theMkSocketconstructor, which is no longer exposed.fdSocketexists at least sincenetwork-2.0, albeit with a non-IOsignature until3.0. This is handled via CPP.
