Fix stock status in Algolia product mapping
There was a bug in packages/algolia-products/mesh/algoliaHitToMagentoProduct.ts and the GraphQL schema (packages/algolia-products/schema/AlgoliaSchema.graphqls). The stock attribute was called is_stock, but it should be in_stock. Because of this, all products were always showing as out of stock when mapped from Algolia hits.
