Update the code to not use the SessionFetcher mutableRequest api. This updates the code for google/gtm-session-fetcher#48
…e tests. This doesn't fix some of the test flake we've seen, but hopefully the improved info will shed some light on things.
Add tests for shouldSkipAuthorization behavior for single and batch queries.
cloudbuild is no longer in discovery, drop the generated sources.
