This update test suite to currently support servers.

  • adds MariaDB 11.8 LTS server
  • remove EOL servers 10.5, 11.1 and 11.2

Coverage Status

coverage: 82.508%. remained the same
when pulling f0a8dc8 on rusher:mariadb-test-update
into 76c00e3 on go-sql-driver:master.

closing since the github action shogo82148/actions-setup-mysql is not updated since 7 month, and blocking if not knowing server version like 11.8
