Since aliases wasn't working locally for me, I also added entries to static/_redirects file so Netlify will handle the redirects Fixes go-gitea#7208

Since adding an aliases block doesn't seem to work locally for me (I suspect because a page actually exists and Hugo is granting preference to existing pages over aliases), I also added entries to static/_redirects file so Netlify will handle the redirects
