Related to #23725 and partially being introduced in 1.25 (via #34982) we will soon receive emails on Action runs.

Unfortunately it seems this does not cover Action runs that are scheduled but instead only notifies during push events.

When I do active development, I am already within Gitea usually checking on PR/Build-status/etc. I will most likely be very well aware of any failures - within a regular SDLC.

However, on any scheduled jobs (usually nightly automation), it would be super helpful to not have to go through all repositories, ran builds, but instead receive emails of failed runs.
