STR:

• Create Repo
• Open issue, see issue count "1"
• Push commit "Closes: Rename import paths: "github.com/gogits/gogs" -> "github.com/go-gitea/gitea" #1", closing the issue
• Issue count on the "Issues" Tab still is "1"

Manually opening and closing the issue correctly updates the count again.
