We can provide users with the functionality of creating groups or teams. When a user creates a new summary, he/she will get the option of choosing a team to which this summary should be shared. This summary will now be visible in the team's folder for every member of the team.

This feature will make it easier for sharing summaries with a large group of people. We can provide the create new team option in the user's profile and ask him/her to fill in the team name, and add members by their email.
