Bump minimum Ansible required version to 2.5 #1987

Summary
With the updates to the varnish and php-versions roles, there are a couple syntax changes (with version_compare/version filters) which require Ansible 2.5.
Therefore the drupalvm_ansible_version_min should be bumped to Ansible 2.5.
