In shared/src/main/kotlin/org/javacs/kt/classpath/Home.kt in mavenRepository init better to fetch actual localRepository from settings.xml.
The main problem is that settings.xml location may be overwritten by MAVEN_OPTS.

As fallback there must be current mavenRepository value.
