The CWD is enforced by the filePath variable passed to childProcess

Changes how the default mod output is used, if the option is not set in the settings. Now the default compiler output location will be used which is CWD, enforced by where the childProcess is spawned, as opposed to us previously enforcing the -J location at every lint result.
Also fixes some Error parsing bugs for NAG and adds a unittest
