Change Weather Output to Celsius

Hello! I've been trying to figure out how to get the weather module to output the temperature in Celsius. My first assumption was to set the temperature unit is "C":

 "display": { "separator": " ", "temp": { "unit": "C" } }, 

This didn't change the output of the weather module. I then found that you can change the wttr.in output to Celsius by passing the argument "m":

curl "wttr.in/<location>?m&format=3"

Is there a way to do this in the config file?
