Description

  • Add patches script and folder for patching esp-idf
  • Add build.yml for building main on PRs
  • Add package.yml for building and uploading artifacts (with patches) to releases automatically
  • Add static_analysis.yml for analyzing the code for errors in the PR

Motivation and Context

Ensures we always check the code and have the artifacts for reference when we do releases.

How has this been tested?
