De-emphasise server directory in Spotlight #20184

Your use case
In the screenshot above, I'm looking for the 'Beyond Chat' room, but I end up glossing over the more relevant per-space result and instead focusing/actioning the public room directory result (highlighted).
I think we should:
- Prioritise space results more visually
- De-emphasise the public room directory, as the results are almost never useful
Have you considered any alternatives?
