Steps to reproduce

1. Go to Settings > Preferences > Composer > Show stickers button
2. Toggle button to off from (default?) on.
3. Stickers button is still visible at bottom right of window instead of being hidden.
4. Close settings window in case it needs this action for the toggle to be applied (would be inconsistent with behaviour I've noticed elsewhere but try it anyway).
5. Stickers button still visible.
6. Click actual stickers button at bottom right of window. It disappears.
7. Re-do step 1.
8. Toggle button to on from off.
9. Stickers button is still invisible at bottom right of window instead of being shown.
10. Close settings window and confirm stickers button is still invisible/does not exist.
11. Restart client to see if it returns. It does.

Outcome

What did you expect?

Stickers button would disappear and reappear upon toggling without interaction with the button, or the need to restart client.

What happened instead?

Stickers button required interaction or client restart to have it's state changed.
