Even if the change affects multiple platforms, I'd still keep it lean and initially create only one (meta)issue with per-platform tasks. Engineers can turn those tasks into individual issues if necessary.
Otherwise, it can get too cumbersome to recreate the same issue across each platform (and keep it updated).
Also, can I preview the rendered issue template somehow?
