This action solely needs the cluster state, it can run on any node. Additionally, it needs to be cancellable to avoid doing unnecessary work after a client failure or timeout. Relates elastic#101805

This action solely needs the cluster state, it can run on any node. Additionally, it needs to be cancellable to avoid doing unnecessary work after a client failure or timeout. Relates elastic#101805
