time ranges to syslog views. should bring us closer at solving 50
both mysql unix_timestamp() and milisecond timestamps from external sources. miliseconds require the extra divider parameter. ``` index.php?r=syslog/logs/admin&from=1487073653000&to=1487073653000÷r=1000 ```
