This release switches from webpack 2 to bili for bundling. Hopefully I won't get any more vulnerability warnings with the dev dependencies for at LEAST a few months.

Numeral.js is now a peer dependency that you pass in. The idea is that you can use a different version, or a fork, or a drop-in replacement for Numeral.js, instead of being stuck with the version that comes with the package.
