Describe the bug

Ever since the new devtron 3.x.x upgrade, the newer CRDs of argo-rollouts doesn't support the metrics part. It throws an error whenever we try to deploy with app-metrics enabled as well as deployment metrics doesn't have any data

To Reproduce

Tried on multiple K8s versions < 1.22

1. Install a fresh devtron
2. Setup kube-stack
3. Enable app-metrics

Expected behavior

It should deploy as it always used to with envoy sidecar

Current behavior

It throws an error and goes under degraded
