- Add `SignificantPlaceOverrideJdbcService` for managing overrides. - Introduce `PlaceInformationOverride` model for storing user-specific place data. - Extend `ReverseGeocodingListener`, `VisitMergingService`, and controllers to apply overrides if available. - Add database migration to create `significant_places_overrides` table. - Include integration tests for overrides functionality.
