This uses Sphinx, recommonmark, and the sphinx-material theme. The index pages are reST, all other pages are Markdown (rationale: easier for most people, and content from GitHub can be transferred into these Markdown files easily). Html is the main output, navigation works well. Sphinx can also produce a pdf of all contents.
