Cygwin SMB tests skipped? as impacket can not be installed as rust is not supported under Cygwin #15697

I did this
$ make test
...
Warning: Python package impacket is required for smb testing; use pip or your package manager to install it
RUN: failed to start the SMB server
...
I expected the following
SMB tests to be run
curl/libcurl version
Cygwin curl 8+
operating system
Cygwin 3+
