Upstream has released v3.4.0: https://github.com/AcademySoftwareFoundation/openexr/releases/tag/v3.4.0

We currently use the hunterized version https://github.com/cpp-pm/openexr/archive/refs/tags/v3.1.5-p0.tar.gz

Maybe fixes a bug with building OpenEXR on GCC (see OpenCV on Linux bug #765 )
