This implements the `setData` function as a simple async function which can optionally take in a boolean value describing whether or not the fields should be merged with the document or not. This does not supply the `setData<T: Encodable>(from: T)` as that will come from a different PR.

I saw a huge number of changes in my local when I was setting the repo up, seems like we should ignore the
third_partyfolder.
