- allows for non-question content to be played between questions
- add Transaction.caption column - add index on Question.rank
| So far only the backend supports transitions. Since the question format has changed this year, the code for syncing the question database with the official Google Sheet had to be updated as well. |

Transitions are like cutscenes in a video game. This PR introduces the ability to play some content between questions.
