  • Introduced Tag search page
  • Added initial Admin panel with fully functional Maintenance mode
  • Made everything fully responsive (including the dashboard)
  • Improved on requested UI changes

PS: This PR collectively gathers changes from #28 and #29 as well (since PR is targeted to development branch and development branch isn't updated with those changes)

Idk if that helped but it's here (with a lot of conflicts). But again it would try adding the code from #28 and #29, since ultimately the main repo (dev branch) don't have those. (I could be getting all of this wrong)
