This commit updates the title of the WSL2 + Docker Quick Guide to include "Tutorial" and adds a new section with information about Docker Desktop. It also includes a link to a YouTube video that provides a complete overview of Docker Desktop for different operating systems. Refactor the README.md file to include the changes in both English and Portuguese versions.
