fwdevmobile commented - Replaced the deprecated mimetype parameters in views.py.
- Replaced mimetype with content_type in provider/views.py so it will work in Django > 1.7
- Update .gitignore file, add the .idea folder. This is used by PyCharm.

| @keithhackbarth Yeah, unfortunately @caffeinehit's trunk appears to be pretty dead. It looks like the most supported fork is @glassresistor's fork, which you can use by following my directions. That fork does not have this fix yet, so @fwdevmobile, you might want to propose this PR over there. |
