Built off of the ubuntu/java/openjdk-8/Dockerfile, this image is openjdk-8 with
sbt.The Dockerfile is clones from the openjdk-8 Dockerfile with a few additional lines that installs SBT.
These lines were added to the "Install Java" block since we should install java before sbt.
