Describe the bug
I upgraded from 3.3.4 to 3.3.7 and I'm running into a problem. Certain tests (oddly not all) are just getting stuck. The tests that ran only have 1 task, the tests that fail have more than 1.

I've tried both upgrading in place and installing the stack in a new region.

The instances are starting up, but it appears they're just stuck listening.

I have successfully rolled back, can I get the link to the individual templates between 334 and 337? I will try to update one at a time
