[Discussion] Removal of OptionsMonitor (ReloadableOptions) for 1.0.0 #144
Description
We are moving this feature to a sample for 1.0.0, and will revisit this feature in 1.0.1, we weren't totally happy with the current state of it, and want to give it more time to bake.
Note, this does not affect configuration reload on file change or the logging usage of that feature.
