Compression checked. do not see a lack of quality in general, hopefully will work
@g-castronovo id the review myself to save time of us but you should be aware as edu responsible these gifs were compressed in the course 👍

What This PR Changes
Some GIFs in the Alvik User Manual was quite large, this PR optimised them for a smaller size.
