fix(k8s): remove crd declaration in operator yaml

Purpose of the PR

• fix [Bug] Failed to deploy on Kubernetes #261 (comment)
• CRD description should not be added into operator's description yaml. We generate different version CRD yaml in different files (hugegraph-computer-crd.v1beta1.yaml, hugegraph-computer-crd.v1.yaml). If we leave v1beta description in operator yaml, according to https://kubernetes.io/zh-cn/docs/reference/using-api/deprecation-guide/#customresourcedefinition-v122, will fail to apply this yaml if k8s version >= 1.22.

Main Changes

• Remove CRD declaration in operator yaml.

Verifying these changes

• Trivial rework / code cleanup without any test coverage. (No Need)
• Already covered by existing tests, such as (please modify tests here).
• Need tests and can be verified as follows.
