this makes a few more arguments optional in the gfx context and is based on #65:

  • stroke/line width default to 1px if not set
  • font size defaults to Pd's font size if not set (this is quite nice imho, since it allows to enforce consistent font sizes with other objects)

some stuff might still need to be adapted for plugdata and purr data. tested only with vanilla.
