A part of #2586. This PR Renames a
BlueprintDeclarationtoBlueprintV1Declarationin the @wp-playground/blueprints package to set stage for Blueprints v2. TheBlueprintDeclarationtype is still being exported for BC.Testing Instructions (or ideally a Blueprint)
