Description

This PR adds two fundamental lossless compression algorithms to the compression category:

  • LZW (Lempel–Ziv–Welch)
  • Arithmetic Coding

Both implementations are accompanied by comprehensive JUnit tests to ensure correctness and handle edge cases.
