This (and running under tmux too) has come up a couple of ways so far today. `textual diagnose` already lets us know if we're under tmux because it takes over TERM_PROGRAM; screen doesn't. So this change checks for a hint that we may be running under screen and adds it as a parenthetical fact to the known terminal.
